Throughout my career, I have worked as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Development Director, and Elite Player Development Coach.
My experience combines team leadership with individual player development, advanced tactical scouting, game preparation, and basketball operations.
My professional background includes coaching within the Spanish professional pyramid (EBA/LEB), direct technical collaboration with the Spain Men’s National Team during their 2024 Olympic preparation and FIBA Olympic Qualification, and extensive international experience working with professional players, NCAA athletes, and National Team prospects across different basketball environments.
My coaching philosophy is built around technical precision, tactical understanding, player development, detailed game preparation, and a strong competitive culture.
