Terms & Conditions of Participation

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of individuals "Participant(s)" in the basketball camp or Training sessions organized by CC Basketball Academy & Coach Christian Crudeli. By enrolling in the basketball sessions/activities, Participants & parents are agreeing to abide by these Terms:

 

Registration and Payment:

Participants must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees to secure their spot in the Activity.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.

 

Participant Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times during the Activity.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the Participant's expulsion from the Activity without refund.

 

Health and Safety:

Participants must be in good physical condition to participate in the Basketball activities.

Participants are responsible for informing the Organizer of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any Participant deemed unfit for the Basketball activities.

 

Liability Waiver:

Participants and their legal guardians (if applicable) understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with basketball and related activities.

Participants and their legal guardians (if applicable) release the Organizer from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the Sessions.

 

Personal Belongings:

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the Sessions.

The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Participants' personal belongings.

 

Media Release:

Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image in photographs, videos, or other promotional materials related to the Training sessions.

Participants waive any right to compensation for the use of such materials.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Sessions/Camps for any reason. In such cases, Participants will be notified promptly, and refunds may be provided at the Organizer's discretion.

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify the Organizer according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of registration.

 

Basketball Camp Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Requests:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) to the basketball camp administration. office.basketballacademy@gmail.com

Refund requests will be considered based on the timing of the cancellation and the camp's policies outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the camp: Full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee (21%).

Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the start date of the camp: 50% refund of the camp fees.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the camp: No refund will be issued.

 

3.Exceptions for Medical Reasons:

In cases of documented medical reasons that prevent the participant from attending the camp, a full or 50% refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Medical documentation, such as a doctor's note, must be provided to support the refund request.

 

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration, unless otherwise requested. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and administrative procedures.

5. Cancellation or Modification by the Camp:

​

In the event that the basketball camp is canceled or modified due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, facility closures, or insufficient enrollment, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fees.

The camp administration will notify registered participants as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation or modification.

 

6.No-Show Policy:

Participants who fail to attend the camp without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Changes to Terms:

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Sessions will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

By enrolling in the Sessions/Camps, Participants/parents affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and any additional rules or regulations provided by the Organizer.

VISA INFORMATION

​

All players in attendance should be aware they are here in Spain legally for a duration of 90 days, depending on their country of origin, and the type of visa granted to them. Any player or families that stays past the 90 days will be doing so at their own risk, so please get information from Spanish authorities to avoid irregular situations.
